Court Rules on Midrand Estate Wall Dispute-
The Gauteng High Court has cleared the way for the demolition of an illegal boundary wall at Waterfall View Estate in Midrand.
After a long-standing battle involving the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) and the residents' association, the court dismissed homeowner Thabo Makhorole’s urgent bid to stop the demolition. Despite claims of prior approval, Judge Leicester Adams noted that essential rules—such as obtaining a neighbor's written consent—were ignored, rendering the construction illegal.
The situation escalated earlier this month when contractors were allegedly confronted with chemicals and bricks while attempting to carry out the order. The ruling serves as a major reminder: estate rules and architectural guidelines aren't just suggestions!

In 1997, Afrikaners torched the Munitoria building in Pretoria. Property ownership records from the apartheid era went up in flames. The evidence of the looting of state-owed property prior to 1994 was destroyed.
Every old suburb, for example, has a sports centre that was previously state owned and now privately owned, yet there was never a public auction. Whites stole a lot of property before 1994.
Now another building on Mthata burnt down and taking with it public records on property ownership in the Eastern Cape, the heartland of corruption. That fire is likely not accidental.

Prof. Anele posted another video. She mentioned that she spent 20 years researching and putting together a curriculum for Ekurhuleni University, which was supposed to open years ago. She also spent 11 million from her own funds because she believed the university would change lives. She stated that she studied 82 countries and found that South Africa's high unemployment rate is due to its poor curriculum.
She carried out the research and invited eight top professors from different countries. This university was meant to be different. The youth would have job opportunities while studying, as the goal was to make them as skilled as possible. The structure and curriculum were strong enough to reduce unemployment. The university received approval, and Cyril Ramaphosa even announced it on television.
One of the clauses in the contract was that Prof. Anele should never be involved in any crime or fraud, or she would lose the funding. Then, Standard Bank fraud cause happened. The funding was then taken away from her and the university was never opened.
Yee no! The government doesn’t care about the youth of this country.
