@Alyx_Jones Yeah, I get them bad! I've nailed it down to when I've had sustained periods of not enough sleep. So when I'm mega tired... Deadlines and crunch! Codeine some times sorts me out, otherwise codeine, dark room and sleep!

Does anyone else get ocular migraines or migraines with aura (get weird vision loss), I just had one and now have a massive headache, and haven't had one since over a year ago... Just can't work out what is triggering it! Any advice? 😔
