@hometrustco Fifth call: I’m forwarded to lost & stolen. Rep says it’s part of the procedure and I can't access my account until the new card arrives. Why didn’t the first rep just say that?? Am tired of being sent in circles. Reps guessing, conflicting info.

Just had the worst experience with @hometrustco 's customer service. My visa card had suspicious activity, so I called to cancel the card, and get a new one. Ended up making five calls just to do this.
