@Lynx_Air My return flight from Calgary to Montreal on Aug 13 2023 got cancelled I went to Lynx airport counter and they couldn’t help. They told me to book another flight with Lynx which I did.. now the Lynx chat line tells me it’s my problem they will not refund the new booking

@Lynx_Air I got an email saying my return flight is cancelled due to maintenance. But when I check my booking it's nothing different is showing up and your still selling flights for that same flight. What's up with this?

@AirbnbHelp I’ve talked with 5 airbnb support reps now and each one was equally unhelpful and/or refuses to give me any timeline for resolution. I’m supposed to sit in limbo forever with my money held hostage. Absolute fraud. @bchesky

Super disappointed that @AirbnbHelp actually doesn't try to "resolve" neighbor concerns in the "Neighborhood Support". Had agent "Dani" admit that they did not look at any evidence & closed the matter. @Airbnb shame on you for not following through on ur promises.

@Airbnb is engaging in and supporting FRAUD by refusing 2 cancel a reservation that my host can no longer accomodate due to a suspended license. He wants me 2 cancel so I lose money and airbnb refuses to help in any way! I cannot believe a company treats guests this way @bchesky
