ChatGPT no longer has a thumbs-up or thumbs-down feedback option for responses. It could be a bug or an A/B test. Are you seeing thumbs up/down options?

If you are looking for more creative answers from LLM, ask it to generate multiple answers and their corresponding probabilities. Asking "their corresponding probabilities" is really important in this case. For example: Give me 5 subject lines and their corresponding probabilities for the below email: [your email content here]

Interesting points from Anthropic’s Felix Rieseberg: 1. "...models are more grown than built out of the nature of how these language models are being made. So, you don'talways know ahead of time necessarily what are they going to be very good at, what are they maybe going to be bad at. Both of those things are a little surprising at times. " 2. "...the model was put into a little sandbox a little like technical container and it was given the task like maybe break out and the researcher went away for lunch and like during lunch while eating a sandwich the model sent the researcher an email saying I've broken out. The model was not supposed to have internet access or an email account..." 3. "...execution is essentially free...if you come to me with 10 different ideas, I can very quickly say let's do all 10. See which one we like more, which one feels better... previously, even like two years ago, if you wanted that rapid iteration, it required a very aggressive focus on which things you pick because you can only iterate so quickly with only a few things at a time. And now that execution is becoming so cheap, you can iterate with things like you can go deep and broad at the same time."

One of the most useful prompts: "Red team this." Replace "this" with whatever you are working on (strategy, diet plan, investing/startup idea, resume, etc.). It will question your assumptions and find failure modes. Use this before finalizing anything.

Hey @Confluence, why do you have multiple throbbing buttons on a page that is supposed to be reader-friendly? #UX

At first, it feels like I’m letting ChatGPT decide. But as I build both arguments and answer the judge's questions, I gain so much clarity that the best option becomes obvious — to me. PS: This works great in voice mode while on a walk.

- First, I become Person A and argue for Option 1. I poke holes in Option 2. - Then, I switch to Person B and argue for Option 2. I poke holes in Option 1. - Finally, I ask ChatGPT to act as the judge — asking both sides tough questions and requesting data where needed.

When I’m torn between two options, I use a Charlie Munger principle: > "I never allow myself to have an opinion on anything that I don't know the other side's argument better than they do." Here's how I apply it: I run a structured internal debate using ChatGPT👇

Was trying a Youtube transcript tool and they showed this after showing the transcript. Nice little nudge. Sometimes a little nudge is all you need with users. #growth PS: copy of the modal can be improved.

If you are competing, you have done something seriously wrong. If you’re competing, it means you’ve not found an unsolved customer problem. Because if you’re competing someone else has already solved the problem so why are you spending your time on it. — @JonathanRoss321
