Someone suggested that I draw Iron Man on a card some time ago and never finished it until now.

@JumpyFeller G.Rev worked with Treasure for Ikaruga and Gradius V hence the similarities. G.Rev is known for Under Defeat and Border Down and others. Their 3D mechanical designs have a very distinct look.

It's really hard to pinpoint and I can't explain it, but Gen 6 Treasure had a very specific look. Their glow effects and machine architecture was extremely recognizable. I didn't know Gradius V was them as a kid but I still said "this looks like Ikaruga" which I played prior.

Commission featuring a lovely dragon lady lounging around. Man she's just one of those characters that demanded perfection... I think I almost did it 😅

@SoggyIll Well you're quite lucky yourself. Man Comic-Con was different in 2000s.

@hooksnfangs So lucky! 🤯The most famous artist I ever meet was Yoshitaka Amano when he was at comic con in the 00’s.

Big Doggo GF is still calling her BF the same name when they first met as kids.

@SoggyIll Yeah that was the first thing that came to mind when I saw that poster gag. He's a legend himself too. I met him and some conventions in the past and picked up some artbooks. Really nice stuff.
