Iranian woman: “Iranians are not Muslim. We all hate Islam after 47 years of Islamic regime. Under Sharia, we can’t have dogs, women can’t sing, and I would be killed for dressing like this. We’re peaceful people.”
This is the voice the world needs to hear.
After nearly five decades of oppression, torture, executions, and forced hijab under the Islamic regime, the Iranian people are speaking out. They are not the regime. They never were.
The Islamic revolution turned Iran into a prison where basic human joys, owning a dog, singing, dressing freely, are criminalized. Women are beaten, jailed, and even executed for refusing to submit to medieval rules.
Yet the Western media and politicians still pretend that the Iranian people support this death cult. They don’t. They hate it. They have been living under its boot for 47 years.
This woman’s words are a powerful reminder: the Iranian people are not the enemy. The Islamic regime is.

These are the toilets in Harold’s Cross Educate Together Secondary School. Fully open to the corridor and with male and female symbols on every single door. The school has, helpfully, laminate a couple of pieces of paper with arrows written on them saying ‘Male’ and ‘Female’. The only sinks are in the middle of the floor with no wall between them. I suppose the laminated signs are the school’s attempt at a compromise as there was uproar from the students a couple of months ago when plans revealed that every single toilet block and cubicle is mixed sex.
Only people who are completely oblivious to the needs and desires of teenage girls especially, for privacy and dignity would make teenage girls share toilet facilities with teenage boys like this. It’s either ignorance or something more sinister - a complete disregard for the rights of half of the population. Educate Together my arse. What about girls and boys from countries, cultures and religious backgrounds for whom these shared facilities will be entirely unacceptable? They will self-exclude from schools like this.
Everywhere where mixed sex facilities have been imposed on teenagers like this, girls have ended up physically ill because they will stop drinking water during the day because they won’t use these facilities. @hcetss @Education_Ire @1Hildegarde Why have exclusionary toilet facilities been adopted in this publicly funded school?

What Muslims did to Yazidis in Iraq was so much worse than what happened in Gaza.
Elderly women buried alive for being too old to be sex slaves.
Mothers forced to eat their own babies.
Young girls locked in iron cages and burned to death.
Yet not a single protest! Everyone who is now protesting for Gaza was completely silent. Why is that?
Unlike the people of Gaza, the Yazidis didn’t start a war!

I went to the University of Leicester.
I didn’t get involved in sport - because I didn’t think I was “sporty”. Like a lot of girls who were more into music or theatre, I just assumed it wasn’t for me.
And, if I’m honest, I felt intimidated. The sporty students made the hockey, football and rugby teams - and wore their team shirts around campus, which only made it feel even more intimidating.
In my 30s, I went on to run five marathons - and discovered I was actually a quick runner for my age. Comfortably above average.
Which makes me think: if there had been a women-only sports society, I might have got involved much sooner.
That’s why it’s so disappointing to see Leicester students being blocked from setting up a “women in sport” society.
Spaces like that matter. They bring people in - people who might otherwise stay on the sidelines.
Do support their appeal. Link below 👇

Leicester SU have REJECTED our application, saying our society isn't needed (see full reasoning in the form in our bio).

"Why should I, as a female, be forced to get undressed in front of a male?
It is always us women that have to suck it up. And a lot of us, by the way, are fed up with it, quite frankly."
Thank you, @MichelleDewbs

Causes of death, London 1632.
Notable examples:
‘affrighted’-1 death
‘Lunatique’-chic French version of being fully barking perhaps?:
5 deaths.
‘Tissick’: no clue whatsoever: 34 people carked it.
‘Planet’: beg pardon?: 13 deceased.
‘Rising of the lights’: wtf: RIP to 98 souls.
‘Suddenly’: 62 shuffled off this mortal wotsit 👎🏼
