@BettingSitesCom I stayed there within the first 18 months it opened in the early 90s. It already was a little worn. It was the biggest hotel in the world at that time (4,000 rooms). It smelled like roast beef. If they imploded the Mirage, only 2 years older, than who knows what future it holds?

@BettingSitesCom Churchill Downs Inc bought a majority stake in Illinois' most profitable casino just 12mi away from AP. CDI couldn't afford competitors being near them, so they shuttered 1 of the most beautiful tracks in the US. Was in the old plant as much as the post fire one.
