@hostelworld Is there a better way to reach your company? No communication from either hostel nor your company. The customer service email states no longer in use. Need to resolve a refund issue. Flight was delayed and unable to use hostel services as planned.

@DimpalA93502859 Hi, our hostels have their own check-in times and rules, you can contact them to ask if you can check-in earlier but due to other guests still being there or cleaning this might not be possible.

@hostelworld I've been emailing and calling for days and I am still waiting for answers. I booked a hostel in Prague recently and had a medical emergency and call ahead of time to notify the owners of the hostel
