Linters update! Hound now supports SwiftLint 0.43.1 and Rubocop 1.22.1.

We've now added support for RuboCop 1.5.2!

@BenMorganIO The default it actually 0.54.0 (for legacy reasons). You have to specify a `version` if you want a more recent version: help.houndci.com/en/articles/24…

@houndci Should be latest. Our .hound.yml is just rubocop: config_file: .rubocop.yml enabled: true

@houndci Setting up your application on an old project. Two issues, 1) The invoice email is for someone not currently with the project anymore and 2) Getting "trouble processing your payment" on Github commit checks, but we just paid an invoice.

@BenMorganIO What version of RuboCop are you using? rubocop-rails, rubocop-performance and rubocop-rspec have been supported in Hound from RuboCop v0.71.0 on.

@houndci Gettings errors for rubocop-rails and rubocop-performance. From my Googling, I can see that you need to whitelist extensions. Could you publish a list of whitelisted extensions and add these ones to them? We also use rubocop-rspec.

@kehoste It looks like Hound couldn’t update the status on GitHub because of a rate limit.

@houndci How can I debug what Hound is linting? Seems like my SCSS is not linted in github.com/joomla/joomla-… and I don't know why or how to fix that.

Hound CI (@houndci) integration somehow got stuck and didn't let me merge, so I decided to override the status manually using GitHub API. Looks legit, or maybe not lol

We're switching over to using our new GitHub app for Hound (github.com/apps/hound)! Next time you enable Hound for a repo you'll be asked to install our GitHub app. The app asks for the minimum necessary GitHub permissions and will allow Hound to use new GitHub features.
