@janthenao Scoop publish press releases verbatim. LGWM wrote this themselves.
Scoop is not NIMBY it's just a largely open access platform - hence any random group (or massively funded initiative) can post up a press release and people can comment

Today, after yesterday's #IPCC report, everything is back to normal – as always. We continue to ignore the climate crisis as if nothing happened. Our societies are still in denial, and those in power go on with their never ending quests to maximise profits. We cannot afford this.

So many of these articles ignore the fundamental problem that the person bought a house they can't afford.
They need help developing a strategy to get out with as little damage as possible. They do not need your advice to cut back on coffees and Netflix
