Alisson Becker on links to Juventus:
“I’ve worked extremely hard over the years to establish myself as the best goalkeeper in the world. It hurts to see speculations linking me to a move to a club like Juventus — it doesn’t reflect the journey and commitment I’ve put into my career.
Rumours like these can be frustrating and, at times, damaging to my reputation. I’m very happy at Liverpool, and so is my family. I have a contract here, and I fully intend to honour it.”

On this day, 91 years ago, Leni Riefenstahl's "Triumph of the Will" (1935) was released in Germany.
Martin Scorsese on the propaganda in "Triumph of the Will" (1935) & American News channels:
"Propaganda can cut any way you want it to—Leni Riefenstahl’s 'Triumph of the Will' (1935) being the most infamous example.
We have propaganda here in America every day. CNN news has become propaganda. It’s in the choice of news stories they’ve chosen to tell. It’s in the camera placement: five feet to the left you have a whole different story.
Point the camera in a different direction and you’re telling the story of the peasant who’s walking by, as opposed to the politician using the landscape as a backdrop. That’s why campaign teams have pre-designed camera angles.
You can’t trust anything you see on TV. The question is, are people aware of it? Have they figured it out? I don’t know. The problem is that it’s all about entertainment. The public says: “I’m bored. Entertain me.” Or that’s what the marketing department imagines that the public says, because it’s easy to produce more and more entertainment.
So now we have 400 channels of entertainment— great. This has been the case for many years now, and it’s only getting worse. The news is now pure entertainment."

People with ADHD have what’s called Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD). It’s an extreme emotional response to perceived criticism or rejection.
Your brain can’t regulate the emotional pain, so a small comment feels like a devastating attack. A minor correction feels like total failure. Someone’s tone feels like hatred.
It’s not oversensitivity. It’s not being dramatic. Your brain literally can’t modulate the intensity of that emotional response.
It’s neurological, not a character flaw

Stand Up To Racism@AntiRacismDay
Unity statement opposing tomorrow’s fascist UKIP mobilisations in Liverpool. Fascists like UKIP leader Tenconi are being legitimised by Badenoch & Farage. Tenconi’s ‘crusade’ against Islam echoes their attacks on Muslim public prayer. Stand #Together against Islamophobia.
