I don't need to make it any clearer than I did in my description. It's in the first line of my sentence, you just didn't read. AI fan art is a thing and not a bad thing as long as it ain't hurting other amazing pencil, watercolour and traditional artists. People want to be creative and this is just another medium and way to do it.
