Thinking of taking probiotics? Read this before you waste your money. Probiotic supplements is a $20B+ per year industry. They are marketed as a cure-all for gut issues. But here’s the problem: Most probiotics are already DEAD before they reach your gut... 🧵

Want a huge competitive advantage? Be aggressively decisive. (It also feels amazing).

Supplements is a horrible business to get into: - It's ridiculously crowded - Everyone's selling the same few ingredients (creatine, electrolytes etc.) from the same sources which means no moat - Since it's near impossible to prove the result of your product, everyone's making the same claims (i.e "more energy") It's honestly a complete shit show... Most supplements out there are nothing but an excuse for people with disposable income to be able to tell themselves that they are in fact "being healthy" I would never have started a supplement brand if it wasn't for one thing: I had an idea for a TRULY unique product Both in terms of formula and in terms of sourcing (I sourced most ingredients myself and all ingredients are rare + highest quality WHOLE foods and natural compounds, NOT lab-made synthetic nutrients). There is nothing out there like @tryomni1 It remains to be seen if that will be enough to build an outstanding company. Still, one thing I wish I had taken more seriously from the very beginning is that in such a crowded market, even if you do have a truly unique product, BRAND is the deciding factor. Branding is not my strength as a founder, so I'm trying to learn as much as I can about it + will work hard once we are back in stock to get to a point where I can hire someone who is WORLD CLASS. But first, I need to wait another 2+ months (8 months in total) to get product back in stock 😅

Advertorials are absolutely 𝗖𝗥𝗨𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 in the space.... In 2025, you can’t afford to ignore them. We've often seen 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 landing pages by huge differences... So, I made a swipe file compiling 30+ Advertorials you can (copy + paste) on your store. Best part? It's 100% editable figma file. To get it, like + comment "Me", and I'll send it to you. (follow so I can dm)

Internalized shame can needlessly ruin the most extraordinary person. It leaves you on the sidelines observing those who are no smarter than you, but who participate in the game of life without inhibition. Shame is like a Stockholm syndrome of the psyche, where eventually you become attached to your captor. Too many beautiful and brilliant souls have remained in the shadows because they couldn’t find a way out.

In under a week, I managed to source 10x better ingredients for our product than the team at my high-end factory did in a month (and even some they couldn't find). This speaks volumes about human motivation. “Show me the incentive and I'll show you the outcome” – Charlie Munger

There’s nothing more fraudulent than these protein snacks selling you Pop-Tarts, muffins, and cinnamon buns. The packaging looks insane, what you actually get looks like cat food. Someone needs to regulate the gap between front-of-pack imagery and reality. It’s laughable.

If you’re not pooping 2x per day, you ain’t shit (seriously though, constipation is a sign of impaired metabolism, and loose/frequent stoles likely something is off with your microbiome)

Something happens when you find your thing There is no rush anymore Nothing to prove The only thing that truly matters is staying in business Because if you do, not only will you eventually win – you’ll also get to keep doing the thing

Life is a war. Its a war to create the reality you want. Its a war to become the most capable, honourable, competitive, articulate and excellent version of yourself possible. It's a war against weakness, limiting beliefs, laziness/scarcity to create excellence and self respect.

This is what's WRONG with the supplements industry... On the left is a pure organic freeze-dried bilberry powder. On the right is an organic so-called “fruit powder”, air or drum dried and cut with a bulking agent. The pure powder tastes and smells wonderfully sweet and fresh. The powder on the right tastes bitter and smells like nothing. And just imagine the difference in nutritional value... Now here’s the kicker: both are specified and sold as Organic Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus L.) and would appear THE SAME on your supplement label. The problem is that most brands either don't care or aren't even aware of this type of quality difference. We started our company because someone had to care more. You should be able to buy supplement products that closely mimic the optimal source of nutrition (top quality whole foods) and doesn't have phony ingredients. To have the option to pay a little more, but then actually get what you are paying for...
