@secretHT1 When I was a teacher I took a phone call during morning break where I learned my mother had unexpectedly just died. When I told the Headteacher I needed to go home to be with my father. I was asked to wait until the end of the school day as it was " really inconvenient." I left.

I’m in A&E (not for me). There is teacher in front of me asking for pain relief as she waits. How do I know she’s a teacher? She’s planning lessons and prepping work while she sits in what seems like a lot of pain waiting to be seen. That’s why we have retention issues.
