Happy 71st birthday to my beautiful mum. These photos are from today, a year ago, 4 years then 5 years ago. She’s changed so much in those 5 years thanks to the cruel disease that is Alzheimer’s. Today I was with her, but I missed her dearly too 💔 @alzheimerssoc @DementiaUK

Both born on 13th November...both could be crowned champions today. My 2 favourite celebrities means I'm a bag of nerves today...if @LandoNorris ends the day F1 World Champion and @angryginge13 the King of the Jungle....I'll be one happy almost 50 year old!

Having lost my mum last Saturday, the one thing that’s helped me get through the week has been watching @imacelebrity and @antanddec every night. Now it’s over, I’m really not sure what I’ll do without my daily dose of @SamThompsonUK. He really has been the joy at a very sad time
