we will never have an HR department at our company they're such a drag payroll, insurance, etc. can be handled through platforms like Rippling hiring will be done by respective teams who have the actual technical and domain expertise to assess candidates any small 'hr' operations can likely already be handled by building chatbots/agents no need for HR function
