I've been vocal about how much I think Antonio Williams got drafted too high... but here's what I will say... he's a field stretcher, if he's in open grass and a pass is coming his way - he will snag it.
But the most underrated part of his game is his blocking ability. He's a monster there. If this is the reason the Commanders felt highly about him, then I understand 100%.

LeBron says he and MJ are two different players because he’s more of a pass-first player, while MJ is score-first, and adds that he’s a little better than MJ in some areas. “I never have compared myself to MJ because our games are totally different.
