It automatically sends emails to the subcontractor on clarification for missing scopes. Then chooses the best bid and plugs it into a proposal automatically. Sub contractors who don’t submit bids on time are immediately rejected, incentivizing timely bidding to sustain work. Would it be worth selling the software to companies? Or would it be work starting multiple GC’s nationwide?

This is how bad the job market is “I just got denied a job from Target. I have a f*cking bachelor's degree. I spent 4 years on a bachelor's degree, and — I can't get a cashier's job. I cannot get a minimum wage job” This is not uncommon. On average in 2026, Americans must apply for over 100 jobs before being hired In tough fields that number climbs to 100-200+ on average She says she was interested in getting a Masters but if she cent even get a cashiers job with a bachelors degree, what’s the point

Jury duty is such complete BS!!! My son is on his 2nd full week. The State just rested so there is at LEAST another 2 wks! He’s used all his PTO. Parking is $14/day & pay is $20/day. During questioning he said it would cause financial hardship. They don’t care 😡
