@_Railcards ... and that ‘after careful consideration’? The response couldn’t have been worse without any consideration. Paid for a service that hasn’t been delivered. Do the right thing; extend by 6 months. Simple - and you maintain future sales. Don’t do it and you’ll lose future sales.
