Kennebunkport, Maine.
This is a quintessentially New England summer experience.
Amazing beaches, lobster rolls, fireworks and homemade ice cream.
It’s living in a hallmark card.
My favorite hotel- The White Barn Inn. It is iconic and just lovely with one of the greatest dining experiences on the east coast.

@JWurzak Yeah. We have three great weeks left, 2 in July and 1 in August. It’s an amazing location though and great space. The Residences are great also. It’s where we would always previously stay. . Nice family space. I’m happy to help w any suggestions you need. We love it there.

If only we’d spend an extra $15 million yearly in capital projects for transit….
Randall Woodfin@randallwoodfin
🏘️ $15 million in street paving, a $2.5 million increase from last year, and $1 million for the demolition of dilapidated structures, enhancing the safety and beauty of our neighborhoods.

@bhmalurbanist This building is undergoing a renovation to be the future home of Nashville based Architect Pfeffer Torrode.

@bhmalurbanist There are a few parking spaces. 4 or 6 I believe.

This new live/work infill development on the Southside looks pretty cool. I may be wrong, but it doesn’t appear they have parking. Has 11 units with a shared courtyard space. metropolitan2323.com/project

@ddshashy @bhmalurbanist Let’s get together and do it. That’s exactly what it needs.

@TimCity2000 @bhmalurbanist Any thoughts / suggestion on how we can change this perception?
English

@hughesfc @bhmalurbanist Perception of crime/safety (whether based on reality or not) is probably part of it. Also, there was a time that 5 Points was THE spot for restaurants/bars until Lakeview, Avondale, and Parkside came along. COVID certainly struck a blow as well.

@bhmalurbanist And then we will have an awesome vacant piece of land.
English
@bhmalurbanist @dmtrubman The worst part of this is that this block is what creates separation between active downtown and the Switch district (innovation depot, etc). This block is truly the main siding link along 2nd.
English
@bhmalurbanist Do you think zoning will allow those same assets / density to be built today??
English
@bhmalurbanist 20 midtown developers own it. There were Target rumors when they bought it. But it’s been a while since I’ve heard anything.
