@vault22_io Since changing from 22seven it seems your support is non-existant. The Capitec integration is creating duplicate transactions. Which channel do I need to use to get support to get it fixed?
@AltCoinTraderSA Can a senior support agent please look at ticket ACT113892. And have a very stern talk with the agent(s) who have 0 reading comprehension. I've sent the txid 4 times and each time they just ask for it again.
