@thamesclippers TF is up with your boats this evening? Waited an hour for an eastbound RB1 and the only one that stopped at Bankside didn’t let anyone on (despite 15 people getting off). Poor service increasingly not worth the ticket price.

@thamesclippers can you confirm if Storm Clipper is to be used permanently on the 0825 weekday westbound, or if it will go back to a bigger boat service? The smaller boat is cramped, slow, often delayed, and doesn’t justify the ticket price.

@thamesclippers is it just me or have most of your boats now become packed full of kids like school-trip coaches? Maybe consider a limit on group sizes allowed to board commuter boats?

@thamesclippers Waited at Bankside for an hour trying to go eastbound. 3 boats arrived, 2 had no room and the other only had space for 1 person. Maybe save space for people waiting at later piers?
