Visitamos hoy la Escuela de Educación Superior Técnica Profesional PNP Iquitos, Perú. @JohnJayGlobal tiene la tarea de reclutar y apoyar a 120 jóvenes indígenas durante el inicio de sus carreras policiales en los próximos tres años.

John Jay College's Director of International Research Partnerships, Dr. @hungen, alongside Dr. @danstageman, Director of Research, and Dr. Bob McCrie, Professor of Security, Fire, and Emergency Management, signed a Letter of Intent with the Korean National Police University (KNPU). This agreement marks the continuation and expansion of collaborative efforts in teaching and research. The KNPU delegation, headed by Dean of Academic Affairs Jaeyoung Lee, visited John Jay College last week to solidify and further the partnership that commenced in 1992.

Tough times don’t last, but tough people do. After 3 months of training and 2 days of simulation exercises, 48 police officers, firefighters, and other first responders from El Salvador graduated from the EMERGENSA emergency management program by @StateINL & @JohnJayResearch
