Getting appetite stopping pills is all fun and games until i get a migraine and dizzy and think i'm sick bc i'm not hungry (i'm terrified of throwing up)🫩 #edtwt

@fatasscate @bunniiIove I mean theyre pretty expensive (all of the ones ive seen are pretty much the same price) either way but if ur looking for a cheaper version i've mixed konjac jelly (like the ones u can buy as a block) with zero cal syrup! It tastes pretty much the same and u get more from it :)

Tip for the summer heat that I've been using to stop my craving for sweets is using crushed ice and a zero cal sweetener in my thermos so 1. It stays cold longer and i can actually eat it on the go too 2. At the end it gives u an ice cold syrup which u can dilute to have juice!!
