This is one of the disadvantages with state parties having no control over the ballot line. Democrats cannot stop a rat fucker candidate taking up the Dem slot now.
Dems have to mount a write in challenge now.

@Joeytheman03 Legally, I guess the difference was she presumably planned to quit to the race once the party nominee replacement deadline passed, so Osborne would not have a Dem nom draining votes from him. Forbes plans to stay on the ballot to do just that.

They’re identical on policy, both in targeted races, both endorsed by Bernie, and both men running against women.
