He literally stood there and wanted to swing it . She had to ask him again to back off

@huntyckity @ilyhaden What video did you watch? The first 40 seconds is him backing off while the OBVIOUSLY crazy looking dude slowly approaches him and beats him up. I would even argue there enough for a lawsuit against the police here.

Did you even look at the video? First of all, the cop is trying to arrest the guy that was trying to defend himself from the 3 others guys, it was obvious,m the guy was not trying to hit the cop, he was moving away from the aggressor trying to defend himself ... she was trying to tase the guy while the 3 other were punching him, she literally put him in more danger then he was. How can she be that incompetent to not see it.
