Some old guy that found a love of road racing motorcycles too late. How do people live without walking to the edge and not dangle a foot over the edge?

@dasacaja @atensnut The definition of filming is capturing images on sequence. You’re gonna have to do better, no go to your room child

@atensnut It’s not being filmed, it’s being recorded. Filming something requires actual Film & nearly nothing you watch on X is “Filmed” so stop saying it. It’s Recorded, not filmed. I understand your just word retarded & never thought about what you’re saying.

It works fine for a quick demo on flat grass, but no—it's not structurally sound long-term. Dry-stacked blocks with no mortar or foundation will shift and settle unevenly, especially when wet. Timbers just slid in aren't securely fixed. Fun DIY aesthetic, but reinforce it or build properly for real use.

Another simple diy project to add some character to your back deck. Very interesting twist. Enjoy this time lapsed highlight video of the project. Looking to level up your backyard without a massive construction crew? This cinder block and timber setup is basically "Grown-Up Legos" for your deck. Here is how it goes down: Step 1: The Foundation. Clear the area and level the ground. If you skip this, your stairs will eventually look like a game of Jenga gone wrong. Step 2: The Stacking. Stagger your cinder blocks to create the rise and run. The "ears" of the blocks face inward to act as your shelf for the wood. Step 3: The Glow Up. Slap on a few coats of exterior black paint. It hides the "industrial parking lot" vibe and makes the concrete look high-end. Step 4: The Treads. Slide 4x4 or 2x6 pressure-treated timbers through the openings. Make sure they are snug and level. Step 5: The Decor. Add some heavy planters to the side. It adds weight for stability and makes it look like you actually planned this. It’s fast, it’s heavy, and it’s a total leg day workout. Just remember: measure twice, lift with your knees, and maybe don't invite your most "by-the-book" contractor friend over for a inspection.

Stunning DIY project. I love watching these. Very cool blue print for what could be a real project. Ever wondered what happens when a Formula 1 fanatic decides to pick up a shovel? You get a backyard transformation that’s faster than a tire change at the Monaco Grand Prix! In this video, I’m taking my front yard from "standard suburbia" to a high-speed masterpiece. I started by clearing a perfect radius around my center tree—precision is key when you have a Ferrari parked in the background! Defining the Edge: Used cobblestone pavers to create a clean, circular perimeter. The Inner Circle: Added a lush green hedge around the trunk for that layered, professional look. The "Roulette" Design: Using landscape fabric and dividers, I laid down alternating sections of deep charcoal and vibrant crimson lava rocks. Lighting the Track: Swapped the pit crew for some sleek solar-powered path lights to make sure the "track" stays visible after sundown. The result? A stunning, low-maintenance landscape feature that perfectly complements the red beast in the driveway. It’s all about the details, the symmetry, and of course, the color palette.

Just a friendly warning. We don’t even make $200k per year in Congress despite working nearly 140 days. If we aren’t properly compensated, a lot of us will go to the private sector and you will be left with some real idiots in Congress.

@jnottah They choose to use the side outlets. Running it through the car was a bad idea. The best way was around behind the car. This is why the world is fucked up. First responders have lost their minds. I grew up around real first responders and they would not have done this.

A vehicle is parked in a fire zone, close to a fire hydrant, so this fireman decides to brake the passenger window and drivers window out and run the fire hose through the inside of the car. Do you think the fireman was just angry and wanted to teach the cars owner not to park in a fire zone, or should he just have draped the hose over the car or around the front of the car. ?

If you go back 20 years and look at K-9 you will notice they do not use Rottweilers anymore for one reason. Those dogs would not stop on command. And you also have to ask why they don’t use Pits, same reason. A dog is still sub human intelligence and not capable of following commands 100% (some humans are like that to) so K-9 officers should never be used as attack weapons

*Question of the day*: Why is it that if an officer kills a civilian and claims fear for his life, qualified immunity often shields him, but if a civilian kills a police K9 in fear for their life, they’re staring down a decade in prison?

So back in the Regan era of trickle down economics it did work FOR small businesses. As for the American work being lazy, it’s the new generation millennials Z’s and alpha’s they think they can cheat the system like they did in video games. And this guy sets fire to the “game” because he doesn’t like it. Yes the company should pay more - for good employees

There are videos on NASA’s archives that show them experimenting with different types of ceramic based heat shielding where they heat them up to 5000° and can pick them up with their bare hands because of how fast they dissipate heat. It’s actually quite ingenious technology it’s how we launched the space shuttle programs. We put it on satellites to keep them from burning up in intermittently one of the most unique scientific advancements ever made in space travel specifically designed of the flash steam and the flash cooling would not crack, causing leaks before they could get crew members out of capsules or in case of emergencies I do enjoy engaging very much whether you believe or don’t believe the science behind. It’s pretty cool.

We all watched Artemis II splash down yesterday… but I’ve got a real question 🤔 If that capsule just ripped through temps around 5,000° on reentry… where was the steam when it hit the ocean? 🌊🔥 Hot metal + cool water = steam, right? You’d expect a massive cloud, but there wasn’t much at all. So what’s the deal? Cooling before splash? Heat shielding doing its thing? Or something else we’re not being told? 👀 Curious what people think…
