One of my best buddies, our dog Pumpkin, has passed away. He was also a great UFO research companion and made it on the set or in the background of several TV interviews. He was a little fluffy lover who loved everyone and everything. He approached everything with the happy excitement of a puppy all the way until the end. We’ll miss him very much. UFOlogists should welcome the identification of a vast swathe of UFOs as balloons, and the revelation that pilots have a hard time IDing some. It will allow UFO hunters to focus on cases that actually show interesting characteristics, and that don't rely purely on pilot testimony

I agree the topic of UAP deserves serious attention.
But frequently associating UAP/UFO with extraterrestrials, as Mellon has done, is not helping achieve that serious attention.
