@bigdaddy_mri @Flyingheart2007 I noticed the path to impact was starting to arc forward nose down. I think the plane was beginning a mach tuck before impact. Another indication of a locked elevator but the plane was bright like an internal fire which is interesting. This investigation will be something.

Thanks Sandra! I agree. I was one of those idiots during a long cross country solo flight. My pre-flight that day was ... terrible. Luckily I discovered the yoke lock on the C-152 during run-up, and I just turned around and parked the plane. No solo flight that day due to my self-inflected snake bite. My instructor was less than pleased. I watched Juan Browne's video on YT, he feels certain it was a stall, but he said he doesn't know what caused it. He said it was the attitude of the jet on impact, nose almost straight down, that was the tell.
