If you're going to force the peno taker to strike from 20m, then surely the backs must b forced to stay on the line til the ball is struck?

Clare goalie advanced off the line before sliotar was struck - penalty should have been retaken.

Hurling is on the only sport I can think of where there is more than just the goalie on the line for a penalty.

Any good reasons why the GAA doesn't play extra time whenever championship matches end level (apart from potential revenue loss)?
