@li592zx It's dividing your day into timeslots with specific instructions, for example you schedule your day time time to time slots as: 5:00 - 5:50 PM Gym(arms/back), 6:00 - 6:30 : Studying etc etc language.. something like that

@liasbookdiary I use fable app to keep track of my reading, it has book clubs, daily streaks and yearly goal setting features so it motivates me to read and starting with smaller goals of 1-3 pages a day will be helpful too !

tips to making reading a habit?
