@li592zx It's dividing your day into timeslots with specific instructions, for example you schedule your day time time to time slots as: 5:00 - 5:50 PM Gym(arms/back), 6:00 - 6:30 : Studying etc etc language.. something like that

how tf am i supposed to balance working a full time job, studying for my final vocational exam, my high school final exams, going to the gym and being active, my social life, and take care of myself. literally how. any tips?
