My position on @prjx_hl just went out of range. I was about to rebalance but then I thought about using this to share something that newbies might need to understand especially if you're running LP in any Uni V3 style DEX. Adding positions comes in ticks (let's say from 1-10) and the tighter your tick gets, the more money you earn once price is within your tick. I am going to use an imaginary price of a token to be $1. So far as your position is between $1-$2, you will earn some fees, but if the price of the asset goes above $2, you're off the tick and earn zero fees while holding the asset that is depreciating in price relative to the pairs (in this case $HYPE is declining in relation to $USDTO and all my position has been swapped to $HYPE). But then you have the ability to spread your liquidity across the whole tick (from $1 to infinity), implying that no matter where price goes to you're still earning from fees but this means earning so little (which I don't recommend unless you're barely farming points). The only real way to win then is rebablancing and actively managing your LP positions (way hectic than I thought especially if you have lots of positions). I think I will have some suggestions here @Lamboland_: • a notification for out of range positions (could be by bot or mail or socials) • inbuilt rebalancing mechanism (might be free or paid) And that's it... I deployed so little into @prjx_hl because I needed to study and test out this concept. Now, I am gaining clarity, its time to build edges around it that can help me maximize price volatility and pool dynamics. See you on @prjx_hl

Not sure if this needs to be said but... Yes there is a $HYPSTR pool on @prjx_hl so it is showing up on Hyperyield. Entering the pool will not work due to extremely high slippage (which is really the trade tax). Even if you could, you would get eaten alive on rebalances. 🫡
