@Morrisons can you confirm whether @QueryAsistHq is a genuine Morrisons account? They spammed me via X’s voice call system and I kept rejecting and then blocked them. The spelling mistake in the username and their behaviour suggests fake.

My daughter’s 4th birthday party today and the @Morrisons driver turned up, checked in on the app, but didn’t ring the bell, knock the door or follow any of the delivery instructions. Then he cancelled the order and drove off saying we didn’t answer. Party ruined.

@QueryAsistHq Thanks. Have sent a DM but have already spoken to customer services on the phone who have said they won’t do anything to rectify the situation. If you can help, that would be great, but I think unlikely at this point.

@RandomCharStr Many MPs just don’t. My MP before the election, I wrote to him about 3 or 4 times about issues and never even had an acknowledgement. Ultimately MPs have a budget of a certain size for a reason.

@amy_reast @CrossCountryUK How many coaches did you put on, @CrossCountryUK? It looked a LOT like you just had ONE coach going from Gloucester to Birmingham and back. For hundreds of people left stranded. Not good enough.
