| via Christian Dumaboc

‘THERE IS NOTHING SEXUAL DOON SA SINABI KO’ Remarks made by Quezon City 4th District Rep. Bong Suntay became the subject of discussion after he recounted allegedly seeing “It’s Showtime” host Anne Curtis at a mall and said he merely imagined what could possibly happen. Following his statement, San Juan Rep. Bel Zamora moved to strike Suntay’s remarks from the record. Suntay, however, maintained that there was no sexual connotation in what he said and that it was not immoral. “There is nothing sexual doon sa sinabi ko. Nothing immoral. I just said I imagined something. I think there is nothing wrong,” Suntay explained. The portion of Suntay’s manifestation was eventually stricken from the record, with 13 voting in favor, two against, and two abstentions.
