You're on the right path. From a business standpoint, OnlyFans has way more competition and a much lower barrier to entry—so it’s harder to stand out and build something long-lasting. But with your indie app, if it truly solves a real problem, it can grow in value over time. Unlike most things, a great product gets better with age—and so does the money it brings in. Just saying :)

@petergyang Just for comparison—the certified HVAC technician couldn’t figure out the problem and suggested I needed a whole new system 😄 because mine is really old and parts for those models aren’t made anymore. 👌

@petergyang I had a faulty part in my HVAC system, which was installed in the early '80s. I had no idea what the part did or what it was for, so I took a picture. I ended up finding a detailed description of what the part does and what new part I could use to replace it.

I feel like outside of coding, real world usage of AI agents is nascent at best. Someone prove me wrong - what's an AI workflow or agent you've set up that's super useful? Something that runs automatically and gives you value without you having to go back and forth with it?
