Part reason ppl peek shoot with 140 hand cannons (when they are used at all) is b/c 0.87s is a very average TTK, BUT ONLY if you can safely get in 140 range avoiding sidearms/smgs AND against ONLY ONE opponent AND avoid ability spam pre/mid-fight. Not much room to 140 anymore.
