I have a Polish cleaner. Single mother of 2. Recently I no longer req the house to be cleaned so often, spoke about reducing her hrs. She needed the income so I offered to pay until she found alt houses to fit those times. No need to clean. Basically free money. She refused. Said she doesn't like to work for free- her values. Loved her attitude so much that I decided to set her up with a new cleaning company today. She starts it all on Monday. So I still have a cleaner & a new business. 😂🤝🏾
