If the officer simply just put handcuffs on him like he easily could have, this entire situation would have been prevented which was my entire point. Icl watching the vid, this was clearly the officers fault. They approached from behind and sneak arrested him and then manhandle him grabbing his head pretty firm from behind and pushing it around for no reason at all. The brother rightfully gets angry. What plays out after is up for debate. However it was the officers lack of professionalism and abuse of power which caused the incident.
