If you are doing this with a sprite sheet, your sheet size is limited to 1024x1024, which results in the heavy compression you're seeing on the Roblox side. What I would do is have the animated background as a sprite, top and bottom bars as images, then program the text and open/close effect in Roblox. This solution also lets you have translated UI as your Text wont be baked into the UI.
