@WCD_Thor There are also other variables that affect charging speed. For example, if your phone has more than 80% battery, the charging speed will decrease significantly in order to protect the battery. The max charging speed that Android or Google phones can reach is 10W

@WCD_Thor The easiest way to think about it is that the phone "pulls" the charge in from the mount. Apple has set the limit for iPhones at 7.5W (Unless it has official MagSafe components which can go up to 15), while Android can charge at speeds of up to 10W.

@WCD_Thor The maximum width that the Easy One Touch 5 can support is 3.5" (the minimum is 2.3"). The clamping arms and bottom foot protrude appx 0.75", so unless your phone + case is thicker and wider than those measurements it should be fine.

@WCD_Thor The Easy One Touch 4/5 both work with thick cases and phones of pretty much all sizes, but Popsockets can cause a bit of an issue. As far as the wireless charging speed, 7.5W is the max charging speed for iPhone, but a Pixel 7 will charge at speeds of up to 10W.

@iOttie I have the iOttie iTap Magnetic Air Vent Car Mount Holder, and I need an adhesive metal plate that is small enough to fit the outside of my case w/ the Ohsnap 2.0 grip (on an iPhone 12 mini). Space is ~1.25" x 2.5". Can I cut your metal plate, or find a third party one?
