@iPazooki Funny when we did this I chose to eschew BFF pattern and go entirely PCKE so we didn't have to manage and rotate a client secret.

@ModernGrindTech Since I'm using the (BFF) pattern, token refreshes are handled entirely by the Next.js server-side (via NextAuth). The browser just holds a secure session cookie, and the C# API stays completely stateless. Next.js securely grabs a fresh token from Entra/Keycloak behind the scenes

@iPazooki solid template. The keycloak + entra dual-auth setup is the part most of these skip. Does the next.js side handle the token refresh client-side or is that delegated to the api layer?
