@iRobot_UK possibly one of the worst companies I have dealt with in terms of trying to get an issue sorted under warranty. Stock response seems to be to buy a new full priced unit. Utterly shambolic and bordering on criminal.

@iRobot_UK these reviews must be fake, I spent £999.00 and the machine lasted 3/4 months, I have spent months waiting for them to send spares, they refuse to repalce or refund, Iripoff

@iRobot_UK Do not buy one of these machines, they break down and irobot refuse to repair or replace even when the machine is under warranty. They have no parts, no customer service buy at your own peril

@iRobot_UK Official letter requesting repair sent by email and post today. Hope to have this resolved within 7 days from today, as that’s my last request. You can contact me on here if you need further information👍

Ive been trying to get in contact with ye for over2 weeks about our broken Roomba.We have been promised DHL collection twice
I rang DHL myself and they confirmed there is no collection booked/pending! Is this some sort of a joke or is this how you operate?

@iRobot_UK Your product is broken and I have contacted customer support but they keep ignoring me, I made my first enquiry on 20 April and since 1 May they have not replied at all. I have also called customer support but no one answered the phone for more than 30 minutes.
