@iRobot_UK possibly one of the worst companies I have dealt with in terms of trying to get an issue sorted under warranty. Stock response seems to be to buy a new full priced unit. Utterly shambolic and bordering on criminal.

@iRobot_UK Good morning Ive been trying to get in contact with ye for over2 weeks about our broken Roomba.We have been promised DHL collection twice I rang DHL myself and they confirmed there is no collection booked/pending! Is this some sort of a joke or is this how you operate?

@iRobot_UK Your product is broken and I have contacted customer support but they keep ignoring me, I made my first enquiry on 20 April and since 1 May they have not replied at all. I have also called customer support but no one answered the phone for more than 30 minutes.
