That's it for me. Tito signing off to celebrate the end of this miserable season, aside from a couple of friendlies this next fortnight. I hated every second of it, but I love you all.

@iScarf @_manuvers @RichardHanania Not just one but numerous ones from law subreddits saying the same thing. You claim he’s only making these allegations against her, nope he claims the entire team spoke to him like Disney cartoon villains. The 1 million offer was only twice what they were already paying him..

Wall Street Journal profiles Chirayu Rana. -As a soccer player in college, he "could sometimes be aggressive during practice, getting into disagreements with other seniors on the team for excessive tackling or jostling with teammates for control of the ball" -At one job, "he yelled at co-workers after they tried to offer constructive criticism about his performance," and was let go for his demeanor on the job. -Rana used to hang out with a group of co-workers, including Hajdini. They would joke by calling him and other South Asians, "brown boys." Rana liked one such message. -Rana lied to JP Morgan about his dad dying so he could get time off. It turned out his dad is still alive. Now Rana's lawyer says that he was referring to a "dad-like figure." -Hajdini and other co-workers sent flowers when they thought his dad died -Hajdini sent Rana SoundCloud links and memes via text -Rana asked JP Morgan to settle the case for $22 million. They offered $1 million, and then he sued. So basically, this guy has been an aggressive hothead his entire life, and now wants us to believe he was "sexually abused" by his co-worker and he was unable to do anything about it, despite no one at his company believing that this happened. He probably targeted Hajdini because she made the foolish mistake of being nice to him. Perhaps she rejected him. No mention of the story about how he workshopped his story about harassment by referring to a case at Morgan Stanley, another former employer, in which case the alleged assailant was a man. What a scumbag. I look forward to him losing the case, and having to live the rest of his life as a laughingstock.

If you can’t see these are the rants of an incel, I can’t help you. Yes super convenient everyone in this lawsuit including all his coworkers talks like villain from a cartoon show, interesting how he’s accusing a female colleague more successful than he is of sucking dick in his fan fiction lawsuit.

@DelVindicta @_manuvers @RichardHanania So, you're basing your opinion on one reddit thread? Perhaps you might be interested in various documentations made including asking to be transferred away, the witnesses referred to and the $1 million he was offered. That's quite a lot of evidence.

Exactly, the other accusations make his case even less believable. I read the entire lawsuit, it reads like he cooked the whole thing up with ai, everyone talks like Disney cartoon villain. It’s not just Jesse Webber I’m basing my opinion on: reddit.com/r/FinancialCar… reddit.com/r/law/comments…

@DelVindicta @_manuvers @RichardHanania None of any of that makes any sense. Firstly, Jesse Webber isn't, secondly there is nothing mundane about this case and thirdly, there are no other accusations to others. I would advise you accordingly regarding what the media are being paid to say.

@iScarf @_manuvers @RichardHanania I read the complaint, there is a reason every lawyer is saying it’s nonsense. Lawyers will twist anything even most mundane things to make their case stronger. The fact that he’s accusing other people of talking like this just shows how even more nonsense it is.

@misfitpatriot_ @thevivafrei You’re being disingenuous as it’s customary to demand evidence to support an accusation of any kind. By your logic there was evidence Chirayu Rana was sexually harassed because he signed affidavits. A sensible person would say there’s no evidence corroborating his claims.

You made the claim that Massie “trie[d] to pay hush money to an ex-girlfriend to stop her from revealing his bizarre conduct”. I asked you for the evidence, and you broadly referred to the 20 minute video. Even assuming that video qualifies as a sworn statement under penalty of perjury, there was literally nothing in that video that could ever qualify as evidence to substantiate your defamatory statement @willchamberlain In fact, the only statement she made was regarding an offer to settle her wrongful dismissal claim against Sparkz. Did you even watch the video? If you did watch the video, how did you not understand what she said? At least that explains why you did not provide any evidence to substantiate your defamatory statement. Because none exists, even within the bounds of that idiotic 20 minute video.

Will Chamberlain@willchamberlain

@thevivafrei The evidence is in the video: a sworn statement containing very specific claims about their relationship in 2024 and Massie’s offers of settlement

@AliceTalksFooty VAR is Arsenal’s player of the season. It’s disgusting how Arsenal have done this shit in every game of the season. They get away with everything - crowding the keeper, punching players in the box, holding and grappling players.

If United want Van De Ven it just shows how clueless our recruitment truly is. Watched him a lot the last 2 seasons and he's a big reason Spurs are where they are. Clumsy, injury prone and without pace he's no better than Lindelof

Good on Gary Taphouse for pretending like Fiorentina could muster a response and make this interesting. Soldiering on despite the fact that this game's been done and dusted for about 167.5 hours.

Just want to follow up and let people that Glenn Greenwald apparently does not want to debate me, after smearing me on false claims on the back of Michael Tracey's attacks on my Jeffrey Epstein-related research. I have reported only on the Intercept and its handling of the Snowden leaks and its mismanagement of past whistleblowers (as did many others!) and the only mention of Greenwald, despite his false claims, is a reference to his alleged role in the closure of the Snowden archives per his co-founder Laura Poitras and former Intercept writer Barrett Brown. I have never written anything about Greenwald beyond that, or written about his reporting on the Snowden files. I tried multiple times to arrange a debate through his preferred moderator for said debate from last year into this year and no dice.
Whitney Webb@_whitneywebb

Hi @ggreenwald . I find it very inaccurate that you would claim that I "lied" about your "Snowden reporting" or really about you at all, as the articles and "theories" you are referring to are reports about the Intercept, how many of the whistleblowers who trusted the Intercept ended up in prison (some of whom thanks directly to other Intercept journalists they trusted) and how the Snowden archive was closed. Laura Poitras, who you mention in this video, was outraged about the archive being shuttered and said you and top staff did not even inform Snowden that it was being shut down. I am obviously aware that your underling Michael Tracey has made two very bad faith smears against me and other researchers in the Epstein case recently, taking two relatively minor errors I had already taken corrective action on to try and discredit my ten-year body of work among other things. I can assure you that those mistakes are extremely rare in my work and they are not present in my articles on the Intercept, the content of which you paint as containing things that are "provably false." I am posting links to all of my articles on the issue below, please let me know what is "provably false" about them and I will happily make a correction. Also, I am hardly the only journalist to have made these claims about the Snowden archive and the Intercept - why are you singling me out?
