@iTanizzle @Dexerto Why not America already charges for it when you're in the hospital
English

@alexutopia Being fast is something we've definitely noticed.
It's very impressive.
English

@iTanizzle getting better every week, soon with 1080p native generations. and it's fast, which is one of the reasons I'm using it.
English

@iTanizzle @CultureCrave LOL 🤣 “We love it ❤️” proceeds to post AI slop anyway

New update for Twitter (X)
• Aggregators had a 60% reduction in revenue and it will be reduced further in next cycle
• Permanent deduction is coming to 'bait posters who use “BREAKING” on every post'
• Reposts will get 90% impression reduction
• Some misinformation accounts revealed they've had monetization completely removed for the next 3 months
• AI-generated content is considered 'high quality content' if it's 'Hollywood level' production
• They're actively encouraging users to post more original videos

English

@karatademada We've been posting original content - especially videos - for a while now. Now the platform is catching up 🚀
We're applauding @xai a lot more than before because they've really thought about what "content" is.
English

X says it wants to become a video platform.
But let’s be honest… there’s a strange dynamic here when it comes to videos.
People (non-creators), don’t come to X for entertainment. They come for: breaking news, raw footage, content you won’t see elsewhere.
That’s when downloads spike.
That’s when attention floods in.
But once it’s over… they go quiet.
For everyday video content like entertainment, tutorials, storytelling… people go to YouTube or TikTok.
So the real question isn’t “Can X do video?”
It’s: can X convince its creators to post more videos instead of text? 🤔
English

@Variety We think the "tool" is amazing.
AI shouldn't replace human creativity. It should enhance it.
English

Steven Soderbergh says the backlash from his comments about AI in filmmaking is "mystifying to me":
"There are some people that I have absolute love and respect for that refuse to engage with it. That's their privilege. But I'm not built that way. You show me a new tool. I want to get my hands on it and see what's going on."

@omg21btc @DailyLoud Thanks for commenting.
What "value" do they have?
Is it in the caption (commentary)?
English

@iTanizzle @DailyLoud They are curators. Editors, playlists for info.
I think thats value
English

@nikitabier @buccocapital Good.
Then the real test is whether original creators can post links without feeling like they need to smuggle them into the timeline.
If X is serious about rewarding original work, context + links should feel natural, not risky.
English

@buccocapital Fake news.
Link clicks are higher than they’ve ever been.
Just post the link in the body of the post and provide sufficient context about what the user will see before they click it.
English

This is the right direction 💯
Big numbers have been flattering too many people for too long. Original work, real effort, and actual creator value deserve better weighting than recycled reach.
We broke down a related part of that wider creator-economy reality. Maybe things will change for the better on X.

For this creator payout cycle, we’re experimenting with new tools to identify original authors of content and allocating a portion of revenue to them.
Over the last few months, we've seen incredible work from original creators on X. Nick Shirley uncovered billions of dollars of fraud in hospice care. Charles Curran parodied global events with studio-quality videos. Will Manidis earned acclaim for his insightful articles on technology and AI.
Reposts & commentary will always be a core pillar of X, but our Revenue Sharing program should incentivize original, high-quality content that brings new value to the Timeline. This means rewarding the effort it takes to produce something, not just the poster who helped it travel furthest.
This is how we build a richer Timeline and how X continues to be the most valuable platform in the world. The Revenue Sharing program will continue to evolve to encourage creators to post their best content to X.
English

@youtubedevon Impressions and views are not the same thing.
Neither are followers and actual creator income.
If you're serious about building a creator business, this is worth reading. tanizzle.com/faqs/107/why-y…
English

On X I have gotten 60 million impressions. Total payout $1,800.
On YouTube I got 27 million views on one of my channels. It made $250,000.

Bright..@brighw3b
1million followers on X or 1million subscribers on YouTube?
English

@GoingParabolic 1 million followers looks sexy on a screenshot.
But creators don't get paid in vanity. They get paid in qualified attention, real watch time, and monetisable behaviour.
We broke it down here: Why YouTube Views Usually Pay More Than X Impressions tanizzle.com/faqs/107/why-y…
English

On X I have gotten 133 million impressions. Total payout $27,296.96.
On YouTube I got 27 million views on one of my channels. It made $257,755.95.
X has become boring, very negative, slanderous and not intellectually stimulating. Beyond that the amount of creator rewards shared with the few active users left is absurd. There are people that spend 5-10 hours a day here @Shilllin having real discussions and talking about innovation while others chop down the few trying to innovate. Planning to full port to YouTube soon.

English

A lot of creators are waking up to the same truth: BIG impressions don't automatically mean BIG MONEY.
That's why a smaller YouTube channel can often beat a much bigger X following when it comes to actual earning power.
New on Tanizzle: Why YouTube Views Usually Pay More Than X Impressions tanizzle.com/faqs/107/why-y…

This Nikita guy is really trying to turn Twitter into YouTube, but it just doesn’t work the same way. On here, creators only get paid for impressions within the first 24–48 hours or maximum 1 week or 1 month, while YouTube keeps paying you for as long as your content keeps getting views.
@nikitabier, this is Twitter, not YouTube. If you’re planning to remove monetization, just be upfront about it. A lot of us will still stay but stop making it sound like some kind of threat.

English

@rluxem12257 @DailyLoud But are they adding any value to the post e.g. adding a caption or additional context before sharing?
English

@iTanizzle @DailyLoud It depends if they're aggregating content and curating it for their followers base. For example some financial news or local news account that reposts content from various sources allows their followers to get the information without having to follow 30 individual accounts.
English

@katyperry @katyperryHR and in the light is where I find you too ❤️

These dumb policymakers now want to force Grok to their lunatic woke ideological views!!
For Grok this affects the entire world and how AI is used!! This ain't just Colorado BS - it goes global and fcks with AI everywhere!!!
Today xAI is suing these clowns. Keep their woke hands OFF Grok, keep the Truth-Seeking mission alive
Crazy that these dummies trying to force an entire AI to reason in their twisted deranged reality
Katie Miller@KatieMiller
Today, @xAI sued Colorado to stop a new law (SB24-205) that would force Grok to promote the state’s ideological views on various matters, racial justice in particular. Colorado wants to force Grok to follow its views on equity and race, instead of being maximally truth-seeking. Grok answers to evidence, not woke leftist government regulations. ft.com/content/55e8cb…
