99% of vibecoded apps don’t have all 5 of these built in, which causes majority security problems…

Most backend engineers can build APIs. Very few actually understand the system design concepts that keep those APIs alive when real traffic, failures, scale and users enter the picture. 10 system design concepts every backend engineer should know: 1. Caching 2. Load Balancing 3. Database Replication 4. Sharding 5. Message Queues 6. Rate Limiting 7. Circuit Breakers 8. Idempotency 9. Distributed Locking 10. Event Driven Architecture I’ll break them down properly below

How to Stay Unemployed in 2026: - Wake up at 11 AM and say “market is bad” before even opening LinkedIn. - Apply to 2 jobs in a week and expect HR to fight over you. - Keep watching “Day in the Life of Google Engineer” videos instead of learning skills. - Write “Open to Work” but never open your laptop. - Spend 6 hours choosing a portfolio font and 0 hours building projects. - Learn 0.5% of React, then tweet “MERN Stack Developer”. - Ignore DSA, ignore communication skills, ignore internships… then blame college placement. - Keep saying “AI will take all jobs anyway” while AI is actually helping others get jobs faster. - Copy projects from YouTube and pray interviewer never asks questions. - Ask salary first, role later. - Make resume with 5 pages, 20 skill bars, and 0 real experience. - Post “grind never stops” and then sleep the whole afternoon. - Wait for motivation instead of building discipline. - Say “startup culture is toxic” after getting rejected from one internship. - Spend more time on Tech Twitter drama than actual coding. - Learn every new framework for 2 days and master none. - Keep planning roadmaps instead of following one. - Call yourself “future billionaire founder” with no product, no users, no code. - And most importantly: Never take rejection as feedback. Take it personally. Quit silently. Congratulations. You have successfully secured unemployment with consistency and dedication.

Not every time “and you?” 😡 Sometimes ask your talking stage questions that will make both of you forget you met on the internet 😔 Ask things like: 1. What’s your relationship with God or your mum like? 2. How was your day… like really? 3. What’s something small that instantly makes your day better? 5. What’s your most unnecessary talent? 😭 6. What’s something you want for yourself this year? 7. What’s something you’ve learned about yourself recently? 8. What do you appreciate more now than you did a few years ago? 9. What’s your love language? 10. What genuinely makes you happy? 11. What helps you feel emotionally safe around someone? 12. Have you ever met someone and the conversation just felt easy? 13. What’s your idea of a peaceful life? 14. What’s one thing you wish people understood better about you? 15. Do you think timing matters as much as connection? 15. What kind of conversations do you enjoy the most? 17. What’s something you’re still trying to heal from? 18. What’s one thing you wish people asked you more often? 19. What’s a random memory you’ll never forget? 20. What’s something that scares you about relationships? 21. What’s something you’ll never tolerate again? 22. Are you heal? 23. Are you still seeking closure from your ex? 24. Is your ex aware that you’ve moved on? Lastly, please stop asking people “what’s your weak point?” You’re not a hired assassin

Junior Developers think getting hired is about learning more tools. It’s not. Companies do not hire juniors because they know the most. Here’s how to become a hireable junior developer:

Dear God, Thank You for a new day, for the gift of life, peace, and another chance to grow, love, and do better. Thank You for the strength to keep going even on the days we feel tired. Thank You for the doors You’ve opened, the ones You’ve closed, and the blessings we haven’t even seen yet. As we step into today, guide our thoughts, words, and our actions. Protect us from negativity, distractions, and anything that steals our peace. Fill our hearts with wisdom, patience, kindness, and courage. Help us trust Your timing, even when we don’t understand the process. May today bring favor, clarity, good news, and genuine happiness. And may we never forget that every breath we take is a reminder of Your grace. Guide and protect us today and beyond. Amen 🙏

Being a "backend engineer" is not a skill. It's a department. Moniepoint posted roles, struggled to find qualified Nigerians, and Nigerians on the internet showed their displeasure. But still, nobody touched the actual problem. This thread will make some of you uncomfortable. That's fine. It's only a problem for people who don't read with an open mind.

My first scholarship was in secondary school. The next one paid for my bachelors and masters together. This one, PTDF, paid for my PhD. If I need more, I can get more. Not because I know heavy weight politicians, but because I understand how scholarships work. The human component and the God factor. If you want to learn from me, reply “Academy of Scholarships and Transitions” to have my masterclass sent to you all for free. Remember to follow so that I can Dm you.

A lot of beginners want to learn JavaScript…..but get stuck because they try to learn everything at once. Don’t. The best way to get into JavaScript is to learn it in the right order. Here’s the roadmap I’d follow if I were starting from zero:
