Here's how the teams that have used the most players so far this season rank on the ladder 👀
Safe to say the high turnover doesn't help performance 🤕

@antonposa@MaoriBoyDB At the game I thought Erin Clark was the stand out for you guys, he killed us. I think you scored all your try’s when he was on during his two stints. Ford is a machine at the moment.
@EelsTCT@TheParraEels Our next good side is 2 to 3 seasons away I think, Lorenzo, Petrus, Fletcher, Jeziah, Ryda, Teacum, Steve Nunn, Jackson Koina hopefully we can keep most of them.
Chin up mate, we will get there.
@EelsTCT@TheParraEels Recruitment is hard and only going to get harder, not just for the top 30 but competition for elite pathways players.
18 teams next year and 19 in 2028, with the tax free $ for PNG increases competition.
Sua will help, I think the pathways focus is the best way to go.
My thoughts on what’s happening at @TheParraEels and for all of us as supporters. Whether you agree with me or not, I appreciate anyone who watches all of this video

@jameshawkings36@samcurr95262813 Got to remember we still have Matterson in our top 30 his salary is $650k, last season thankfully.
Still have money up our sleeve, we can accommodate the remainder of Sua’s contract for the season if we can get him early. There is money to spend recruitment hard at present.
@samcurr95262813 The hope is there is only 21 (22 if we take up debelin club option - but surely we dont) players signed for next year. Only 9 that played today are signed. There must be some players on some massive over contracts atm, i cant work out where we spent it all
@i_csunders@MConallin Then base the team in Cairns where they will pay tax and abolish the salary cap! However all the NRL clubs agreed to the terms of PNG coming into the competition and there's now no comeback as your opinion means Jack Shit!
Wait til the PNG side sign 4-5 top class first graders on the premise of this tax free coin and watch the other NRL teams blow a gasket.
Hard to believe the NRL haven’t set up Perth with some sort of concession too, doesn’t exactly scream fair.
@ChrisSa77549552@MConallin You are completely missing my point, the NRL are making an unfair competition, you are making it more about the political decision?!
You still haven’t answered the question of how the tax concessions do not provide a disadvantage to the other 18 teams in the competition? Can you?
@i_csunders@MConallin Wrong! The clubs all voted for PNG inclusion! And taxpayers monies well spent considering Australia makes billions out of PNG each year and without PNG's contributions during the Second World War Japan would of over ran Australia! Time you read some history books!
@SallyGearing@SuthoDan2 The tax free concession for players and staff is the first 10 years of the franchise.
Totally unfair to the other 18 clubs and their fans.
@SuthoDan2 This is true
The tax free part of it for the chefs only last for the first 5 seasons so if your signing after that and expecting not to pay tax your in a bit of trouble ...they will sign a heap of good players until 2032 then suddenly noone will want to go
@ChrisSa77549552@MConallin No bitching and moaning just facts, please enlighten us and advise how the tax incentive is not a distinct advantage over the other 18 clubs in the comp they will compete against?
If the federal government did not waste the $600M in tax payers funds there would be no PNG team.
@i_csunders@MConallin Then ablolish the salary cap and relocate PNG to Cairns where they fly in and out for games at Port Moresby and get rid of the tax break! Sooo much bitching and bloody moaning before a ball is even kicked! Fair dinkum!
@Katzo60@MickinGong Not sure Alan, once a game goes into a “6 again athon” personally I switch off.
I feel if it not worth a full penalty it shouldn’t be a 6 again.
Maybe I’m old fashioned and in the minority but I prefer a hard fought 16-12 result to a 40-32 for instance.
@MickinGong Based on all metrics this would seem to be a minority view amongst League supporters. Record attendances and record TV ratings would indicate the game has never been more popular.
I've followed, played, coached and supported Rugby league for a very long time. Always looked forward to the upcoming games on the weekends as well as test matches and Origin.
I have lost interest now. They're turning the game into touch football. Set restarts have stuffed it.
TLT Summary - RD8
Big week of TLT!
✅ Rouchman / Noah starting edges. Willison should get big minutes, Critta back, Koula fullback
❌ Makasini out for Laulilii, Hudson 2 weeks, Haas / Kiraz MCLs, no Lisati
A week in the @NRL is a long time.
One team's fanbase is flying high, while the other is at a terrible low-then suddenly, it's reversed.
Funny game! 💙💛
