Just over a year ago, @cameron and @tyler gave me the opportunity of a lifetime to help lead Gemini at a pivotal moment. I’m grateful for having taken that opportunity and have a few reflections: 1. Gemini is - and always has been - profoundly committed to its customers and building strong foundations for the future of money. Seeing that commitment up close has been inspiring, as has working with the incredible engineering and product teams to build so much over the course of the year - from card products to onchain expansion to stocks and prediction markets, and much more to come. My partners in Ops, Compliance, and Risk were always aligned, focused, and constructive, and a joy to work with. 2. I could not have had better partners than @cameron and @tyler , and @beardmars and @TylerRMeade. This journey was special because of the great collaboration, energy, and positivity everyone brought to the effort. I’m certain our paths will cross again. 3. As I pass the Finance baton, I do so with immense pride in an extraordinary team I was privileged to lead.
