The SEC has to prove that you had a REASONABLE expectation of profits from Ripple's efforts.
And the Judge just struck the SEC's ONLY Expert Witness on that subject.
So, now, how the heck can the SEC prove "reasonable" reliance? Who will testify?

Love going through this order. Very well-reasoned. At page 15, but already the TLDR is that neither SEC nor Ripple are getting a full SJ victory and parts of this case are going to trial. At the same time, I think I'll be correct in my prediction on secondary sales of XRP.
